Full Time SALES EXECUTIVE (RESELLER) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in BY CHEFIZA SDN BHD Kelantan - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Manage and develop the reseller network to achieve the company’s sales targets.
• Identify, recruit and build relationships with new resellers.
• Provide ongoing support to resellers in terms of products, promotions, content, sales and marketing activities.
• Plan and coordinate training, coaching, reseller activities, kiosk and pop-up booth programmes.
• Manage the operations and development of HQ outlets and reseller outlets.
• Monitor sales performance, restocking, stock levels and reseller development on a regular basis.
• Follow up with resellers and take necessary actions to improve performance and maintain active reseller relationships.
• Manage Third Party Retail / Consignment opportunities, including product placement and onboarding processes with retail stores.
• Identify and manage collaboration or business partnership opportunities with government agencies and NGOs to support sales and business growth.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities with resellers and relevant parties.
• Gather reseller and customer feedback and work closely with the Marketing, Creative, Operations and Production teams for continuous improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, reseller performance, outlet activities and market development.
• Handle reseller enquiries, issues and complaints and ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or a related field.
• Experience in Sales, Reseller Management, Retail, Outlet Management, Customer Service or Marketing is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, creative, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good skills in sales, customer relationship management and basic data analysis.
• Willing to conduct outdoor activities, outlet visits, kiosk and pop-up booth activities, and reseller programmes when required.
• Willing to travel when required.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
