Full Time E-Commerce Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 + bonus in Dreamscape Enterprise Selangor - Maukerja

1–3 years in e-commerce operations; TikTok Shop or Shopee seller center experience required

Familiar with vouchers, flash sales, campaign nominations, and seller ratings

Live commerce or host coordination experience preferred

Comfortable working with external people: hosts, KOCs, models

Able to read basic sales data (GMV, CTR, conversion) and act on it

Organized and process-driven; comfortable using AI tools

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin a plus

Comfortable working with lingerie and womenswear products

Office-based in Puchong;

Monitor TikTok Shop and Shopee daily: sales, ratings, violations, refunds, stock issues

Handle violation and refund appeals; keep store rating above 4.8

Manage live sessions: host schedule, live kits, event setup, post-live numbers

Source and manage live hosts and KOCs: outreach, rates, samples, tracking

Answer sizing questions and handle escalated customer cases during office hours

Follow checklists, keep all records in shared systems, report KPIs weekly
