Full Time CHEMIST Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,300 in ATC Cleantec Selangor - Maukerja

1) Laboratory:

• Responsible for lab activities for daily titration, periodical test, First Article Sample qualification process
• Perform review/gap analysis on customer’s specifications for chemical processes, with adequate process control measures
• Perform chemical analysis of material samples, plating solutions and environmental samples
• Involve in quality issues investigations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Familiar with the operations/technique of analytical instruments
• Perform periodical testing accordance to standard, initiate and lead investigations for recovery action on any non-conformity
• Maintain robust record keeping system and control of laboratory records
• Provide periodical trainings to operation staff for good plating practices and standard procedure on plating bath Maintenance
• Perform internal audits to ensure process, product and system are complied with requirements
• Aggressive to trigger process improvement in terms of better quality, more stable process, improve productivity, reduce cycle time etc
• Provide training to the operators, inspectors and executive staffs continuously to achieve team or company’s objective
• Maintain good house keeping
• All other tasks that might be assigned from time to time

2) Environmental Facilities:

• To lead all DOE related matters
• Operates and maintain industrial effluent treatment system, air scrubber
• To assist and support competent person in performance monitoring for environmental facilities

3) Schedule Waste Management

• Ensure that scheduled waste in the premise is managed properly in accordance with the legal requirements.

4) Safety

• To lead all safety related matters, attend DOSH inquiries

5) Projects/NPI

• To work close with project engineers/ production to set up new projects

6) Regulatory/ Customer Compliance

• To ensure all testing requirement are met by understanding regulatory/ customer’s specifications

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
