Job Summary
Assist the Finance & Accounting team with daily accounting operations, documentation, data entry, and financial reporting while gaining practical experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform accounting data entry and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Support bank reconciliation and basic financial reporting.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting and financial records.
• Assist the Finance team with ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties.
• Ensure work is carried out accurately and according to company procedures.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
