Full Time Assistant Warehouse Supervisor (Kapar,klang) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in Feruni Ceramiche Selangor - Maukerja

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in warehouse inbound and outbound operations.

• Good understanding of inventory and warehouse processes.

• Basic computer skills (experience with WMS or MS Excel is an advantage).

• Ability to operate a forklift.

• This role is primarily warehouse and site-based, not an office-based position.

• Required to work closely with warehouse operations and foreign workers on a daily basis.

• Assist in supervising daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations.

• Monitor the receiving, put-away, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure smooth workflow.

• Support manpower planning and allocate tasks according to operational needs.

• Ensure all activities meet accuracy, timeliness, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Assist with inventory control, including conducting basic stock checks when required.

• Address operational issues promptly and escalate to the Supervisor when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, proper housekeeping, and company policies at all times.

• Prepare basic daily reports on productivity, attendance, and operational performance.
