  What You Will Do

Accounting & Audit

• Assist with bookkeeping and accounting data entry.
• Assist in preparing accounting schedules and financial statements.
• Perform bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
• Assist with audit working papers and supporting documents.
• Assist with checking and verification of financial transactions.
• Assist with tax-related documentation and compliance work.
• Gain exposure to SST and e-Invoice matters where applicable.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Assist in collecting, organising and analysing financial and operational data.
• Perform data checking, reconciliation and validation.
• Prepare Excel-based reports, schedules and analysis.
• Identify unusual items, discrepancies, trends or inconsistencies in financial data.
• Assist in developing and improving reporting templates and working files.
• Support the team in turning financial data into useful information for management and clients.
• Assist with data visualisation and dashboard preparation where applicable.

General

• Assist in preparing documents and information for client engagements.
• Communicate with clients to obtain relevant documents and information under supervision.
• Perform other accounting, audit, data analysis or administrative tasks assigned by the Senior.
