Admin Cum Account (Full-Time)
Salary: RM2,000 - RM 2,300
Location: Bandar Sunway (Near BRT / LRT access)

Job description for account Assistant:-

• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing invoices, expense forms, and payments; managing billing statements.
• Reconciliation: Reconciling bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
• Data Entry & Management: Updating financial databases, filing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
• Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements and budget reviews.
• Administrative Tasks: Communicating with vendors/clients, handling petty cash, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma Certificate, Professional Certificate, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.

Requirements

• Basic accounting knowledge (AP/AR, payroll, reconciliation)
• Experience in payments, claims or payroll is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
• Good communication skills
• Responsible, organized, and able to multitask

Working Hours
Monday - Friday : 8.45am - 6pm
Saturday : 9am - 2pm
Sat off on 1st and 3rd week
