Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Demonstrate 3-5 years of progressive experience in civil engineering projects, with a focus on design, planning, and execution.

Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Civil 3D for drafting, design, and modeling of civil infrastructure projects.

Proven ability to effectively coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.

Experience in conducting thorough site inspections to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Strong report writing skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise, and accurate technical reports, progress updates, and documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin to facilitate effective collaboration with a diverse workforce and client base.

Assist senior engineers in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.

Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and models using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Conduct site inspections and surveys to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality control and safety protocols are followed.

Support project coordination efforts by liaising with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project workflow and communication.

Compile and organize project data, prepare progress reports, and assist in the documentation of project activities, findings, and recommendations.

Perform basic engineering calculations and analysis under the guidance of experienced engineers, contributing to design validation and problem-solving.

Maintain project documentation, including permits, approvals, and correspondence, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
