Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferably 1–3 years of working experience in logistics, export, or shipping operations.

Must be proficient in Mandarin, including speaking, reading, and writing, to communicate effectively with China customers.

Knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, customs clearance, and international trade regulations will be an advantage.

Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet shipment deadlines.

Handle export shipments and coordinate shipment requirements for export customers, particularly customers from China.

Plan and coordinate transportation, delivery, and collection arrangements to ensure timely delivery.

Prepare and manage export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin (CO), and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) forms.

Monitor shipment status and delivery schedules, proactively resolving delays, customs issues, and documentation discrepancies.

Liaise with customers, especially China customers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs brokers, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Maintain accurate export records, shipping documents, and freight cost records while ensuring compliance with company policies and trade regulations.

Perform other duties related to logistics, export, and shipment coordination as assigned by the Management.
