Job Requirements:

• Experience in videography and video editing at least 4 years experience.

• Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools.

• Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting, framing, audio, and composition.

• Good understanding of social media video formats, content styles, and current trends.

• Able to operate cameras, smartphones, gimbals, tripods, microphones, and basic lighting equipment.

• Good visual sense, editing rhythm, creativity, and storytelling ability.

• Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple video projects simultaneously.

• Organized, responsible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the creative team.

• Willing to travel to different locations for video shoots, events, campaigns, outlet activities, and other Company assignments as required.

• Flexible with working hours when required for shoots, events, or production schedules.

• Perform ad hoc duties and undertake other related tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.

• Conduct location checks before shoots when necessary to assess lighting, space, background, noise, and equipment requirements.

• Set up and operate cameras, smartphones, gimbals, tripods, microphones, lighting, and other production equipment during shoots.

• Coordinate shooting schedules, locations, talents, products, props, and required equipment with the relevant teams.

• Cover company events, launches, outlet activities, exhibitions, campaigns, and other on-site activities as required.

• Capture sufficient alternative angles, B-roll, close-ups, and supporting footage to ensure flexibility during editing.

• Manage video revisions and amendments based on feedback from the Art Manager, Marketing team, and Management.

• Maintain proper naming, filing, backup, and archiving of raw footage, working files, and final approved videos.

• Ensure music, footage, graphics, fonts, and other media used are properly licensed or approved for commercial use.

• Maintain and take proper care of cameras, lighting, microphones, storage devices, and other production equipment.

• Keep up to date with filming techniques, editing styles, social media trends, platform requirements, and video production tools.

• Support content repurposing by creating different cuts or versions of the same footage for different platforms and campaigns.

• Assist in reviewing completed videos for quality control, including spelling, subtitles, audio levels, visual consistency, branding, and technical specifications before publishing.
