Full Time IT Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,999 in Hextar F&B Selangor - Maukerja

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field

At least 5 years of working experience in IT

Experience supporting POS, networks and business systems for HQ and F&B outlets

Knowledge of data backup, cybersecurity and the PDPA

Able to provide after-hours support for issues affecting operations

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

Able to work at Hextar Tower, Damansara Perdana

Oversee IT operations for HQ, central kitchen and all outlets (POS, network, Wi-Fi, CCTV, printers and devices)

Manage and support POS systems, e-menu/QR ordering, delivery platform integrations and payment terminals

Plan and set up IT requirements for new outlet openings, renovations and relocations

Administer business systems (HR/payroll, accounting, inventory/procurement) and user access rights

Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, antivirus and compliance with the PDPA

Manage IT assets, laptop/device allocation and software licences

Liaise with vendors and service providers; evaluate quotations and manage IT budget and contracts

Provide timely troubleshooting and support to outlet and office staff, including after-hours issues affecting operations

Recommend and implement system improvements and digitalisation initiatives to improve efficiency

Lead, train and supervise IT support staff (if any) and prepare IT reports for management
