Requirements
- Secondary school level and above
- Passionate in the entertainment & retail industry
- Able to work in shift hours for 6 days per week
- Able to work during weekends and Public Holidays
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
Responsibilities
- Manage the performance of Retail Assistant
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Receive and unload new shipments
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Adhere with all company policies and procedures
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
