Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Manage and oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and labor laws.

Administer payroll and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.

Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.

Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR information systems.

Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions effectively and impartially.

Support management in performance appraisal processes and talent management initiatives.
