Intern, Customer Loyalty Jobs, Salary up to MYR 800 in Mah Sing Healthcare Federal Territory - Maukerja

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions targeted at loyalty program members.
• Monitor program performance and effectiveness, and propose recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
• Assist in managing vendor relationships and partnerships related to the loyalty program.
• Contribute to the development of presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate program performance and insights to key stakeholders.
• Assist Sales Admin in conducting BGB/RNR verification to ensure genuine referral reward claims.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively both collaboratively in a team and independently when required.

Pay: RM799.00 - RM800.00 per month
