Senior Operations Executive

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in logistics and daily operational processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of Excel functions, data entry, reporting, documentation, and operational data analysis.
• Experience using ERP, WMS, inventory, or other operational systems will be an added advantage.
• Able to manage and monitor daily operations, including logistics coordination, delivery schedules, inventory movement, documentation, and operational reporting.
• Good knowledge of SOP, process improvement, and KPI monitoring.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with internal teams, customers, suppliers, transporters, and other stakeholders.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and solve operational issues effectively.
• Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to take responsibility and provide guidance to junior team members when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
