Full Time Quality Assurance (QA) Manager - ICT - Cybersecurity Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Datakraf Solution Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Description

Responsible for managing and ensuring quality assurance, governance and compliance throughout ICT and cybersecurity project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Project Quality Assurance Plan, processes and procedures.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with agreed requirements, standards and quality objectives.
• Conduct quality reviews, audits and verification of project documentation and deliverables.
• Manage non-conformance, corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.
• Work closely with Project Manager, technical teams and stakeholders.
• Support project risk, change, acceptance and documentation management.
• Prepare QA reports and supporting documentation for project governance and audit purposes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ICT project quality assurance, governance, audit or project management.
• Possess at least ONE (1) of the following certifications: PMP / PRINCE2, CISA, or CISM.
• Experience in government or large-scale ICT/cybersecurity projects is an advantage.
• Good documentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
