- Ability to speak Mandarin is a must (Proficient in both speaking and writing, to liaise with clients)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing or related fields preferred)

Responsibilities
60% – Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agencies, leaders, and professionals
40% – Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth potential
Promote IMM’s professional offerings, including:
Industry publications & media platforms
Professional training & certifications
Conferences, awards, and international initiatives
Participate in and support seminars, professional sharing sessions, and industry events
Travel outstation or international when required for business exposure and growth
