We are looking for a Junior System Analyst to support our software development team in analyzing system requirements, troubleshooting issues, testing applications, and ensuring systems meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into clear system specifications.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, functional specifications, process flows, and system-related documents.
• Perform basic SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis.
• Assist in analyzing system issues, identifying root causes, and coordinating with developers for resolution.
• Prepare and execute system test cases and UAT scenarios.
• Log, track, and follow up on system defects and issues.
• Support system integration, deployment, and implementation activities.
• Assist with system enhancements, change requests, and post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Basic knowledge of software testing and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of DBeaver, GitHub, *************, or Agile/Scrum.
• Basic understanding of APIs, web applications, or system integration.
• Internship or academic project experience in system analysis, software development, or IT.
• Experience with system testing, documentation, or troubleshooting.
