Full Time Sales Excellence Manager [Pharmaceutical Experienced] Jobs, in TIMESCONSULT Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial capability and talent development initiatives for the sales and marketing teams.
• Design and deliver onboarding programs, sales training curricula, product training and capability building programs.
• Coach and develop field sales teams to strengthen selling skills, product knowledge and overall performance.
• Identify capability gaps and implement appropriate training and coaching interventions.
• Drive sales excellence and sales force effectiveness initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Support commercial excellence initiatives to enhance overall sales and marketing effectiveness.
• Develop relevant training materials, learning modules and other capability-development resources.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning and development programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders to address commercial capability needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Science-related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• At least 3 years of experience handling sales and/or product-related training.
• Strong preference for candidates from a pharmaceutical background rather than medical devices.
• Experience in sales force effectiveness or capability development is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, coaching and analytical skills.
• Proactive, commercially driven and able to work effectively across functions and stakeholders.
• Age 35 and below, based on the hiring requirement provided.
