Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Contact Centre, Call Centre, or a related customer-facing role.

Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). Both languages are mandatory to support regional customers.

Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions professionally and efficiently.

Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Experience in the financial services, fintech, banking, or related industry will be an added advantage.

Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally via phone, email, live chat, and other support channels.

Deliver accurate information regarding products, services, account-related matters, and transactions.

Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.

Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in internal systems.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Meet individual and team KPIs, including service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction targets.

Stay updated on company products, services, and operational processes.
