Full Time PROJECT QUANTITY SURVEYOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Rekabrick (M) Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

ROLE PURPOSE

The Project Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing project cost and contractual matters throughout the construction stage, ensuring costs are controlled, variations and claims are properly managed, and project financial performance remains visible and well documented.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor project costs against approved budget and identify potential cost risks early.
• Manage Variation Orders (VO), including costing, documentation, tracking and follow-up.
• Review and verify subcontractor quotations, progress claims and additional work claims.
• Prepare and coordinate client progress claims based on project progress and agreed payment stages.
• Monitor project cost performance and Gross Profit (GP) throughout construction.
• Maintain accurate cost, contract, claim and supporting project documentation.
• Prepare and reconcile Final Accounts at project completion.
• Coordinate cost-related matters with relevant teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and complete them within agreed timelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 2-5 years working experience in QS, construction, renovation, interior design or Design & Build.
• Strong knowledge of project cost control, BQ, VO, progress claims and Final Account.
• Able to interpret drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Strong numerical, analytical and cost-management skills.
• Organised and detail-oriented with strong documentation accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, accountable and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
