Associate Area Sales Manager, Auto Finance

Location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our Auto Finance business, strengthen dealer partnerships, and drive sales performance across the assigned business centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Auto Finance, Capital Financing, and Bancassurance/Takaful business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams to achieve business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand dealer networks.
• Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company policies.
• Leverage market insights and data analytics to support strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Auto Finance industry

Strong track record in sales, business development, and dealer management

Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams and delivering business results

Possess valid PCE Life, PCE General, Takaful Life, and Takaful General certifications

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
