• Conduct engaging and interactive reading lessons using YELAOSHR's structured teaching methodology.

• Teach children reading, vocabulary, comprehension, and language skills.

• Assess and monitor students' reading progress and learning development.

• Provide individualised guidance to help children improve their reading confidence and abilities.

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their children's learning progress.

• Prepare teaching materials and maintain a positive learning environment.

• Participate in teacher training, workshops, and professional development programmes.

• Work closely with team members to ensure quality teaching and student satisfaction.

• Support learning centre activities and daily operations.
