Job Overview

Shinjiru is looking for a proactive Product Marketing Executive to strengthen the presentation and promotion of our IT products and services. The role focuses on creating engaging content, improving product messaging, and maintaining regular updates across our website, social media, and marketing channels. You will work closely with technical and sales teams to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and develop campaigns that generate interest and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand our products, services, and target customers to develop clear, customer-focused messaging. Improve product pages, brochures, and sales materials to make our offerings more attractive and easier to understand.
• Plan a monthly content calendar and maintain consistent weekly updates across our website, social media, and email campaigns.
• Create engaging posts, product updates, educational content, customer use cases, and short promotional videos.
• Stay updated on technology trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, and propose fresh campaign ideas.
• Work with technical, sales, and design teams on launches and promotions, and verify technical claims before publication.
• Track content performance, website enquiries, and qualified leads, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in product or digital marketing, preferably within the technology industry.
• Ability to explain technical information in clear, customer-friendly language.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media management, email marketing, SEO, and marketing analytics.
• Basic design and short-video editing skills, with the ability to work with designers on larger campaigns.
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of content planning and execution.e.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
