We are seeking a Centre Administrator to join our client’s team. Reporting to the HR Department, the Centre Administrator will provide administrative support, ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain a clean, efficient and welcoming centre environment. The role will also support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage centre procurement, supplies and vendor relationships
Handle calls, emails, correspondence and incoming/outgoing packages
Maintain digital and physical filing systems and update records/databases
Support HR administration and basic bookkeeping activities
Manage provision/voucher collection for clients
Prepare reports, presentations and proposals as required
Centre Management
Oversee centre supplies, equipment, insurance and facilities
Ensure the centre is clean, safe and well-maintained
Coordinate cleaning and sanitation services and monitor hygiene standards
Employee Engagement & Events
Coordinate employee activities, team bonding and staff engagement initiatives
Support logistics and F&B arrangements for events, workshops and outreach activities
Liaise with external vendors and partners for event support
General Administration
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Minimum Nitec qualification, preferably in a relevant field
At least 1 year of relevant experience in office, centre or administrative operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in facilities or centre management will be an advantage
Proactive, organised and able to work independently as well as in a team
Able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
