Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales and Marketing role based in Puchong. The Junior Sales and Marketing team member will support daily sales activities such as engaging with potential customers, introducing products or services, and following up on leads. The role includes assisting in basic marketing tasks, preparing sales materials, and contributing to simple promotional campaigns. The individual will help maintain positive customer relationships, handle inquiries, and provide service information. The role also involves participating in training sessions, learning sales techniques, and supporting senior team members with reports, documentation, and coordination tasks.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess basic Sales and Sales Management understanding to support sales activities and follow structured processes.
• Candidates should possess the ability to participate in and benefit from Training, with a willingness to learn and apply new sales and marketing techniques.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include basic knowledge of marketing principles, proficiency with common office software, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is advantageous, as is prior internship or entry-level experience in sales or marketing.
