Full Time Plating Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Shinko Electronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Manage and improve plating processes to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency.

Support and maintain compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 management systems.

Monitor production processes, analyze performance data, and lead process improvement initiatives.

Develop and maintain process control charts, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.

Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.

Improve equipment reliability and uptime through preventive and continuous improvement activities.

Plan and execute trial runs for new products and support the transition to mass production.

Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing goals.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related Engineering field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.

Good communication, presentation, and reporting skills.

Comfortable participating in internal and external meetings.

Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
