Diploma in Film Production, Visual Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and color correction skills.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential.

Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute creative video projects from start to finish, aligning with the company's brand and marketing objectives.

Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound recording, and camera operation.

Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop engaging and visually appealing video content.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Experience in creating video content for sports-related companies or events is highly desirable.

Familiarity with various video formats and platforms, including social media, websites, and broadcast.

Conceptualize, film, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, website, and internal communications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Manage all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning (storyboarding, scripting, location scouting, casting) to on-set filming and post-production editing, color correction, and sound design.

Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and editing software, ensuring all equipment is in good working order and troubleshooting any technical issues that arise.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand their video needs and develop creative video solutions that effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement.

Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends, technologies, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to improve video quality, efficiency, and impact.

Create motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects to enhance video content and create engaging visual experiences.

Maintain a video library and archive, ensuring all video assets are properly organized, labeled, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
