• Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and drive sales.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches and brand-building initiatives
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, content marketing, online advertising and digital campaigns
• Develop creative marketing content, campaigns and promotional materials that align with the brand positioning.
• Strengthen and maintain consistent brand identity and brand presence across different marketing channels.
• Conduct market research and monitor consumer trends, competitor activities and market insights to identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, designers, vendors and business partners to execute marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and recommend improvements to maximise marketing effectiveness.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within agreed timelines and resources.
• Be creative, proactive and hands-on, with the willingness to personally get involved in content, campaign execution and day-to-day marketing activities when required.
• Support other marketing, branding and business development initiatives as assigned.
