WE ARE HIRING – SUPERMARKET / KEY ACCOUNT SALES EXECUTIVE
Location: Sunway, Selangor
Position: Supermarket / Key Account Sales Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are an established FMCG importer and wholesaler specializing in food, snacks and beverages. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Supermarket / Key Account Sales Executive to join our growing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain relationships with supermarkets, chain stores and Key Account (KA) customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Manage existing accounts and increase sales volume and product distribution
- Handle product listing, promotions, displays, gondola ends and promotional activities
- Follow up on customer orders, stock availability and replenishment
- Liaise with purchasing teams regarding listing, pricing, promotions and new product introduction
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product displays, stock levels and sales performance
- Monitor competitors' pricing, promotions and market activities
- Provide market feedback and sales reports to management
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Support new product launches and company marketing activities
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in FMCG / Supermarket / Key Account Sales is preferred
- Experience dealing with AEON, Lotus’s, MYDIN, 99 Speedmart, 7-Eleven or other major retail chains will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of supermarket operations, product listing and promotional activities
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, responsible and target-oriented
- Able to work independently and handle multiple customers
- Willing to travel and conduct regular customer/store visits
- Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation
SALARY & BENEFITS
Basic Salary: RM2,500 – RM4,000
