Competitive Pay Offering: RM1.8K Basic + RM300 Incentive (Meal/Transport/Attendance) + Attractive Commission (the more you sell, the more you get)

What We Require From You (The Attitude & Skills):

• Sales-Driven & Target-Motivated: You love the thrill of closing a sale and want to make extra money through commissions.

• Excellent Communicator: Bold, articulate, and completely comfortable speaking deeply about product benefits in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a huge plus).

• High Stamina & Energy: Thrives in the fast-paced, high-footfall environment of Pavilion KL.

• Prior experience in specialized retail, fitness sales, or footwear is highly preferred, but a hungry attitude matters most!

Working Hours

• Work in Retail Shift with min. 45hours/wk (excluding break) with OT

• Must be willing to work on weekends/ public holidays with PH Pay

• Must be able to work Independently

Attractive Commission

• Commission: 2-2.5% per pair soldoran extra daily bonus if they hit the store's daily personal target.

• What We Expect From You (The Role):

  • Be Aggressive & Proactive: Don't just wait behind the counter. Step out, greet customers walking by, and aggressively bring traffic into the store.

  • Educate & Convince: Enthusiastically explain the unique health benefits, posture alignment, and Japanese craftsmanship of our canoe-shaped soles to every customer.

  • Drive Conversions: Run live fitting trials, handle objections confidently, and push to close the sale and upsell multiple items.

  • Maintain the Floor: Ensure sizes are fully stocked and display models are flawlessly presented.

  • Candidates need to perform administrative work, cashier duties to ensure proper operation of the Retail outlet

  • Candidates are responsible to upkeep cleanliness, inventory management & handle customers’ inquiries.

  • Candidates MUST be self-motivated working in retail sale environment where meeting sales targets are key to performance evaluation.
