Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, is essential for client and team interaction.

Conceptualize and develop creative interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects, aligning with client needs and Arterior Design Studio's aesthetic.

Translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and SketchUp, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from conception through to completion, overseeing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Source and select appropriate furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes, negotiating with vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements, monitor construction progress, and resolve any design-related issues that may arise.

Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to clients, effectively communicating design intent and rationale.
