Sales Executive

• Focused on attracting new customers and increasing business growth
• Identify potential customers, present solutions, negotiate deals, and work toward achieving sales target
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Entitled to commissions and incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and industry events
• Understand customer business requirements and propose suitable technology solutions and services
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and sales contracts in a timely manner
• Follow up on quotations, proposals, and outstanding sales opportunities through regular customer engagement and chaser activities
• To sell IT products and services
• IT Hardware e.g. Laptop/Desktop/Server/Computer Accessories
• IT Software e.g. Microsoft/Adobe/Autodesk
• IT training courses and maintenance service
• Use of CRM and HubSpot
• Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with purchasing department on sales orders
• Attend exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and industry events to promote the company's products and services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
