High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a service crew in F&B or in a similar customer-facing role.

Proficiency in preparing ice cream, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, smoothie, shakes.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Prepare and serve a variety of menu according to recipes and standards.

Engage with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders accurately.

Operate and maintain machines, and other equipment.

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the shoplot/ kiosk.

Manage inventory of food ingredients and other supplies, restocking as needed.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
