Full Time Property Management Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Trec Holdings Federal Territory - Maukerja

• Assist Property Management follow up related taskings and support operation departments
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to repairs, renovations and other property-related projects
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Check and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, including lease agreements, tenant information, and financial data
• prepare and present regular reports on property performance, including occupancy rates, rental income and expenses
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions regarding property management strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
