Job Description:

• Assist with property listings, online promotions, and social media marketing campaigns.
• Respond to property inquiries, follow up with potential homebuyers/investors, and assist with scheduling viewings.
• Support the team at property roadshows, sales galleries, or site visits.
• Prepare marketing collateral, property feature write-ups, and basic digital content.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks, client database updates, and sales documentation.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or completed a Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and interest in property sales and digital marketing.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn real estate sales strategies.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram).

Remuneration Package:

• Basic Allowance: RM500 / month
• Performance Incentive: Up to RM1,500 / month (Based on sales performance)
