Job Description

1. Stock Management & Merchandising

• Ensure products are always available for sale by replenishing stock—organized by category, type, and price—on display shelves or racks.

• Ensure products are free from damage (tears) or stains before being sold.

• Ensure jackets and shirts are buttoned and zipped when hung on display racks.

• Replenish beverage stock in the chiller whenever levels run low.

• Neatly and systematically organize unopened or partially opened stock to prevent items from falling, becoming soiled, or being stolen.

• Monitor stock levels and notify the supervisor when inventory runs low.

2. Store Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Keep the premises clean—free from dust, trash, and cobwebs—and ensure the store remains neat and organized. (Perform daily sweeping, mopping, and removal of cobwebs from walls, ceilings, and doors).

• Maintain the cleanliness of fitting rooms and break rooms for the comfort of both customers and staff.

• Clean fans and air conditioning units once a month.

3. Sales Management

• Handle sales transactions, including processing customer payments and issuing receipts.

• Ensure the security of cash and company assets, such as payment terminals (card machines), iPads, and other equipment.

4. Customer Service & Promotions

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly manner.

• Assist customers with product selection and create attractive clothing displays (e.g., changing the outfits on mannequins daily).
