• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or a similar role. Experience in shopping mall or property management is an added advantage.

• Good understanding of accounting principles, billing, collection procedures, and cash reconciliation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Familiarity with accounting and tenancy management systems. Knowledge of IFCA and POS systems will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants and internal departments.

• Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Willing to work on a rotational shift, weekends and public holidays.

Job Details

• Position: Sales Management Officer

• Location: Jalan Hang Tuah, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

• Working Days: 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays, based on a rotational schedule.

• Working Hours: 9-hour shifts on a rotational basis, between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Day and evening shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage tenant billing, rental collections, outstanding debts, and credit control.

• Ensure timely issuance of invoices, credit notes, rental rebates, and other charges.

• Monitor tenant sales performance and prepare monthly sales and credit reports.

• Assist with lease administration, credit assessments, and tenant insurance documentation.

• Perform daily cash counting, reconciliation, and banking of collections.

• Maintain accurate billing and collection records in the tenancy management system.

• Support the administration and maintenance of IFCA, POS systems, network infrastructure, and IT security.

• Provide IT support to users and coordinate with external IT service providers on system maintenance and upgrades.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and system requirements.
