Full Time Marketing Executive Jobs, in Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Executive, Marketing to support our sales and marketing activities, manage customer requirements and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers. This role involves close collaboration with internal departments to ensure smooth order coordination and excellent customer service. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate customers’ orders and requirements with relevant internal departments.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Process customers’ Purchase Orders (PO) and related documentation.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Support sales activities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Promote new and existing products and identify potential business opportunities.
• Attend customer visits and meetings when required.
• Maintain relevant documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
