WE ARE HIRING – Supply Chain / Logistics Executive

To coordinate and support the company’s supply chain and logistics activities, ensuring timely procurement, movement, delivery and availability of materials, equipment and services for projects and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate supply chain, logistics and material delivery activities.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, transporters and project/site teams.
• Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules and material availability.
• Coordinate logistics and material requirements for construction projects.
• Maintain inventory, delivery and supply chain documentation.
• Assist in procurement activities and supplier follow-up.
• Prepare relevant reports and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Relevant experience in the construction industry is required.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement is an advantage.
• Good coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
