Fashion E-commerce & Marketing Intern

We are looking for a Fashion / Fashion Business student to join our team as an intern.

This role is ideal for

someone who is interested in the fashion e-commerce industry and wants hands-on experience in both e-commerce operations and digital marketing.

Please note:

This is not a fashion design internship. The role focuses on the business, operations and

marketing side of running an online fashion brand.

Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations

• Assist with daily order fulfilment and processing
• Organise and manage stock and inventory
• Assist with packing and preparing customer orders
• Assist with customer service and responding to customer enquiries
• Liaise with couriers regarding deliveries and shipping matters
• Assist with product listings, stock updates and other e-commerce tasks
• Support general day-to-day operations of the online store

Marketing & Social Media

• Assist in creating content for Instagram and Facebook
• Create and edit social media content such as Reels, photos and videos
• Assist with social media content planning and scheduling
• Develop creative content ideas for the brand
• Assist with product launches, campaigns and promotions
• Research current social media trends and relevant content ideas
• Support other digital marketing activities when required

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Fashion, Fashion Business, Marketing, E-commerce or related course

Interested in both fashion and the business side of the industry

Creative and comfortable creating social media content

Good communication and organisational skills

Detail-oriented and responsible

Willing to handle hands-on operational tasks

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and content creation

Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools is an advantage

What You’ll Gain

This internship provides hands-on experience in running an online fashion brand, covering both the

operational and creative sides of e-commerce.

You will gain practical experience in order fulfilment, inventory management, customer service, e-

commerce operations, social media content creation and digital marketing.

Paid internship salary and travel allowance + food will be provided
