Night Patrol Officer with own Transport

( Security Guards Agency)

Requirements

1. Possess PWM Security Supervisor (SS) certor SSS ( Senior Security Supervisor)

2. Prefer with experiencein Customer Service or uniform group like Police or SAF/SCDF

3. A "people" person and able to solve problems on the ground.

4. Good interpersonal skills, dynamic, a good team player and ability towork very well with clients and security Officers.

5. Prefer with own transport (bike, car orvan)

Duties

1. Make rounds and checks to the assigned sites to ensure staff are carrying outtheir duties accordingly and get feedback from the night team.

2. The duties at sites include checkingattendance, occurrence book of the night team. Check the turn out and alertnessof the night staff.

3. Take care of the welfare of the staff.

4. Offer suggestions to management to enhance security measures within theorganisation.

5.Conduct refresher courses on bomb threats, customer service & securityrelated topics on monthly basis.

6.Co-ordinate with management team and work with clients’ management to ensurecustomer satisfaction.

7.Able to carry out investigation and write incident reports.

8.Attend weekly meetings & contribute towards improving services to clients.Submit weekly/monthly reports to clients & management.

9. Willing to stand-in as SSS or SS when needed.

10.Any other duties assigned by clients/management.
