Bachelor's Degree in Management, Food Biotechnology or any related field of study

At least 8 years of working experience

Experience managing budgets, cost control and operational performance

Able to supervise team leaders and staff and coordinate with other departments

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

Able to work at Hextar Tower, Damansara Perdana

Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

Monitor performance metrics and improve operational efficiency

Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control initiatives

Supervise and support team leaders and staff

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

Coordinate with other departments (HR, Finance, Sales, etc.)

Identify process improvements and implement best practices

Handle operational issues and resolve problems quickly
