Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bending Technician to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating bending machines to shape metal sheets according to technical drawings and production requirements, ensuring accuracy, quality, and workplace safety.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

• Previous experience operating CNC bending machines, press brake machines, or sheet metal bending equipment is preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.

• Basic knowledge of metal fabrication processes and machine operation.

• Able to work independently and as part of a production team.

• Willing to work overtime when required.

• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred for this position.

• Operate and set up bending machines to bend and shape sheet metal according to specifications.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate bending angles and dimensions.

• Adjust machine settings, tooling, and bending parameters based on production requirements.

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.

• Perform basic machine maintenance and report equipment issues to supervisors.

• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.

• Work closely with the production team to complete assigned tasks on schedule.
