Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations based on customer preferences.

Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and fresh juices, according to Jaslyn Cakes' standards and recipes.

Handle food preparation tasks, such as slicing cakes, assembling pastries, and ensuring proper presentation of all menu items.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area, including wiping tables, sweeping floors, and sanitizing equipment.

Process customer payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions with integrity.

Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other service crew members to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.

Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex problems to the supervisor when necessary.
