Full Time Nurse Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 + additional compensation in KL Medical Clinic WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Nursing from a recognized institution.

• Must be registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board and hold a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC), where applicable.

• Previous nursing experience in a clinic or hospital is preferred.

• Proficient in vital signs monitoring and basic patient assessment.

• Skilled in wound care, dressing and infection control.

• Knowledgeable in medication safety and patient care procedures.

• Able to maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation.

• Experience in blood collection, administering injections, ECG and basic diagnostic tests is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.

• Responsible, attentive to detail and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• BLS/CPR certification is an advantage.

• Assist doctors in patient examinations, diagnosis and treatment.

• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, including blood pressure, body temperature, pulse rate, respiratory rate and oxygen saturation.

• Provide basic nursing care, wound care and dressing changes.

• Assist with blood collection, injections and other medical procedures as instructed by the doctor and within the permitted scope of practice.

• Assist with ECG, blood glucose testing, urine testing and other basic clinical tests.

• Assist in the safe preparation, handling and dispensing of medications according to doctors’ instructions and clinic procedures.

• Ensure that the treatment room, medical equipment and nursing supplies are clean, organized and properly maintained.

• Follow infection control procedures, hand hygiene practices and proper medical waste disposal protocols.

• Maintain accurate patient records, vital signs, treatment notes and other medical documentation.

• Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly inform the doctor of any abnormalities or medical emergencies.

• Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, patient enquiries and daily clinic operations.

• Monitor medical supplies and nursing inventory, replenish stocks when necessary and report shortages.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with clinic policies, procedures and professional standards.
