Full Time QC INSPECTOR (NIGHT SHIFT) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in Green Master Global Fine Food Federal Territory - Maukerja

1. Quality Control & Monitoring

• Verify QC records and forms (e.g., temperature checks, footbath records).
• Inspect incoming materials and container shipments.
• Monitor in-process production, including hygiene, cleanliness, and GMP/CCP compliance.
• Ensure product quality and safety for both in-process and finished goods.

2. Testing & Documentation

• Conduct scheduled and non-scheduled analytical tests.
• Prepare and verify Certificates of Analysis (CoA) when required.
• Monitor retention samples and ensure proper documentation.
• Send samples to external laboratories and track results.

3. QC Team Support

• Guide and supervise QC Assistants and interns on daily tasks.
• Assist in New Product Development documentation and related processes.

4. Compliance & Food Safety

• Support implementation of FSSC 22000, HACCP, and hygiene standards.
• Verify pest control, sanitation, and cold room monitoring.
• Ensure all raw materials have proper documentation (specification, allergen declaration, COA, etc.).
• Monitor CCP records and report any non-conformance.

5. Audits & Continuous Improvement

• Assist in internal, external, and customer audits.
• Investigate customer complaints and identify root causes.
• Close NCR findings from audits.

6. Other Responsibilities

• Assist with SOP preparation for new processes, materials, or equipment.
• Support shelf-life studies for new products.
• Assist with applications and renewals for certifications (e.g., HACCP, Halal, Health Certificates).
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
