Full Time Safety Officer (Assistant Manager) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in TASCO Berhad Selangor - Maukerja

Job Scope

1.Act as the primary driver for building and sustaining a positive safety culture across the organization. This includes spearheading company-wide initiatives, campaigns, and programs to embed safety into daily operations.

2.Lead the development, review, and implementation of critical safety documents, such as the Safety & Health Manual, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).

3.Partner with operational leaders (e.g., Plant Managers, Project Managers) to provide expert advice, align safety goals with business objectives, and integrate safety into project planning and execution.

4.Lead and oversee advanced risk assessment processes such as Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and the management of high-risk work permits (e.g., Work at Height, Confined Space Entry).

Requirements:

1. Minimum diploma or degree in safety management.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in safety.

3.Strongly knowledge in OSHA.

4.Proven experience in conducting thorough incident investigations, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing corrective actions.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
