The Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant is responsible for leading the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Advanced Compensation solutions. The consultant partners with clients to streamline compensation processes, improve governance, and support annual compensation cycles including merit, bonus, stock, and incentive plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design workshops for Workday Advanced Compensation.
• Configure compensation plans, eligibility rules, compensation grades, merit and bonus processes within Workday.
• Support compensation cycle planning, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Advise clients on Workday leading practices and compensation governance.
• Develop functional specifications and support integration, reporting, and security requirements.
• Conduct testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide knowledge transfer and end-user training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Core HCM, Talent, Payroll, and Security.

Qualifications

• Workday Advanced Compensation Certification preferred.
• Experience in Workday Compensation or HCM implementations/support projects.
• Strong understanding of compensation processes, merit planning, bonus planning, and salary review cycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
