Tanggungjawab

Policy Asia Specialist – General Insurance

  • Support development, enhancements, maintenance and production support for Policy Asia applications.
  • Analyse requirements, system impacts and deliver practical technical solutions.
  • Work closely with General Insurance (GI) business functions including policy administration, claims, underwriting, receivables and accounting.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure systems are reliable and maintainable.
  • Participate across the full SDLC, from requirements and development through testing and implementation.


Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years’ hands-on Policy Asia experience
  • Strong General Insurance domain knowledge
  • Strong Smart COBOL, SQL/DB2 and AS400/IBM i
  • Experience with BusinessObjects
  • Understanding of system integration and data flows
  • Able to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Ideal profile: A hands-on Policy Asia specialist combining strong technical capabilities with solid General Insurance knowledge.
